By accessing akrue.com.au or submitting your email address to our waitlist, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

These Terms apply to your use of this website in its current pre-launch state. Separate terms will govern your use of the Akrue platform when it launches.

Akrue Pty Ltd ("Akrue", "we", "us", or "our") is an Australian company building an education-led social investing platform. Our registered office is in Australia.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to join the Akrue waitlist or use this website. By submitting your details, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

This website is directed at residents of Australia. We make no representation that the content is appropriate or available in other jurisdictions.

Joining the waitlist

By submitting your email address, you are expressing interest in the Akrue platform and consenting to receive updates about our launch, product news, and founding member communications.

No guarantee of access: Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the Akrue platform, a founding member spot, or any specific product features. We reserve the right to limit access, change the product, or discontinue the waitlist at any time.

You can unsubscribe from waitlist communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by contacting us at admin@akrue.app.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use this website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
  • Submit false, misleading, or another person's email address to the waitlist;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its underlying systems;
